The Legacy Program

A strong Fraternity and Sorority community reinforces the University’s strength. For decades, members of our community have made a commitment to our campus with their stewardship of the institution. Greek Alumni and students dedicate a large amount of time, energy, and financial support to The University of Arizona. The tradition of leadership plays a crucial role in making the UA what it is today. The UA Greek community continues to be a leader in the fraternal world and has developed a proactive cutting edge program for our community. The Legacy Program will be the model for other Greek communities around the country by addressing the issues facing today’s college students. Students entering our community will experience theArizona Legacy Program, which addresses five key areas: Academics, Leadership Development, Health & Wellness, Advisory Support, and Diversity. By partnering with our campus constituents we will have the opportunity to fully engage fraternity and sorority students positively and develop committed citizens. Member who choose to participate in various aspects of the program can have it charged to their bursar’s account. Additional information is available from Johanne Jensen, Director of Fraternity & Sorority Programs.

"Be a Part of the Legacy"

At Arizona, a strong Greek community makes a stronger University. For decades, members of our Greek community have made a commitment to our campus through their stewardship of the institution. Greek alumni put more time, energy and financial support into the University than any other alumni group. This tradition of leadership has played a crucial role in making the UA what it is today. Now, it is time for our Greek alumni, Greek students, parent and supporters to direct their efforts at strengthening the UA Greek Community. We must renew our commitment to a thriving Greek system, because strong foundations create future leaders.
